One of my friends, also on the regional tour, called me a couple of days ago, and said the regional patterns were disappearing. Has anyone else heard this? What do you think? I think it will be great. They start the regional champions on one pattern, then when they become exempt, they have to learn all new ones. It is small wonder that they last one year, then don't usually make the next season. I think this will make the new guys coming up on the tour the next few years more competitive when they get there.
